As well as making and selling things, there is also a social side to the shed. Several of our members are ex-servicemen, so we have met in the past to commemorate days such as the 80th anniversary of D-Day and hope to so again for the 80th aniversary of VE Day in May 2025. We have also been on days out together and have plans to do so again within the next year.
